THERESE LEW ND, DBM, (Member) ATMS

Therese studied at the NSW College of Natural Therapies starting her studies in Osteopathy and graduating with the Diploma of Naturopathy in 1984. In 2009 she received a Diploma in Yoga Teacher training and is continuing to study Yoga Therapy which she incorporates with individuals in her practice.

Her clinical experience over the last 20 years includes working with a diverse group of therapists giving her a wide range and scope of experiences. She is familiar with, and makes use of, various treatment approaches including Nutrition, Homeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Hemaview, Iridology, fitting of Orthotics and Yoga Therapy.

Therese has a special interest in chronic health problems and the prevention of illness. She treats her clients of all ages in a holistic way looking at the body, mind and lifestyle with the view that each one of us is highly individual. Therese believes that given the right conditions our bodies heal themselves, that is, most of our ailments are from environmental causes.

Her experience includes guest speaking at St George Hospital, the Hypoglycaemic Association and the St George Cancer Support Group. Therese has also taught both Nutrition and Massage at Nature Care College.

Therese teaches yoga classes and gives private Yoga sessions at the Bexley clinic.
